I've had great times at CV but I've also had very, very bad ones. Your teacher is either Great or Terrible and the students have no each other for far too long. Overall it's very mundane and it's very hard for new students to integrate into the very separate cliches in this school. But there are good sports programs and a plethora of club to join so it's not terrible.

Chenango Valley is a great school with a lot of opportunities for students. The music program is amazing, and the teachers and administrators truly care about the community.

the principle doesn't really enforce the rules that are in place. When there is bullying nobody does anything.

I have connections in several schools in New York State and feel this one needs a major overhaul, perhaps due to favoritism. And forget it for special needs children.

So far we have 2 generations that have graduated from CV! So many wonderful memories from our time spent in all the schools in the district, plus the great education we all received.

I am an alumni from cv and I lived every minute I spent there. The teachers/guidance counselors/staff actually care about the students and strive to give them the best education that they can.
