I adored my time at Altamont. I feel like it has prepared me greatly for college. The teachers are passionate, the school is accepting, and the attention given to each student is incredible.

In every category, The Altamont School exceeded our expectations for our three alum children. Clearly superior to its closest peer and the best in the state by far.

I currently have a 7th grader there and it feels like the school has favorites. The social aspect is very toxic due to small number of students per grade. My daughter has had issues following the program due to being new and no support was offered. School staff is very snobby!

The school was acceptable but until they fire one teacher in particular I would never send my kids back there. The theater teacher is a horrible person and is a bully! Protect your children pick a different school until that man is fired.

A wonderful time at the school- the education is high quality and instructed by caring individuals. The community of the school is very inclusive and supportive of involvement in academics, arts, and athletics. Social life is unique because we have such a small community. More in depth relationships...

The students are very stuck up and act like they are better than everyone else. If your child does not like stuck up peop...
