The best part of my experience at Blacksburg High School is meeting new people and making friends; the environment is friendly. The worst part is the disconnect between students in different level classes. I would like to see more AP classes offered.

Has great resources in terms of dual enrollment and AP classes, makes it very easy to get ahead in preparation for college. Teachers are fine, I've had some bad ones but class content is generally easy enough to learn on your own if a teacher isn't helpful. Never felt much connection to the school in terms of spirit or community.

My experience through this school has been a great one. The teacher are very connecting and fun while still drilling the knowledge that you need to know. As well the admins are so nice and have supported me through my entire college search and highschool career. This is one of the better school in Virginia and knowing I was able to attend here is amazing. It's has truly helped me build a social and academic foundation for the future and has set me up for success in best ways possible. I'm extremely thankful for the experience and will never forgot my days here as it been a time to remember.
