A good small town school with a large military involvement. Good teacher/student ratio. Sports are weak however. It's hard to compete with other schools in our division due to size and long term experience

Douglas High School has a very welcoming and high spirited staff. They take everything to a personal level to show they care about the students attending. They learn everyone by name and start conversations with everyone. They always show their full support to the students and make it very well known that they are on our side.

I have went to Douglas my whole life, and it was good for the most part, but I wish there were more opportunities. There are little to no AP classes available, and the honors classes are too hard, and not worth the time and effort.

Not so good, a lot of bullying and not much done about it, some good teachers, but also some that should not be teaching. Ineffective administration, I would not recommend this school in it's present state.
