I have had more than one child go to Brazoswood High School. The school spends a lot of resources on the football program and it seems to not leave much remaining for other sports programs. Some of the teachers want the students to succeed but it did not feel like it was a large amount of them

Brazoswood High School is a great school to have your child attend, but you need to be involved to see true academic success in their life. If you are involved in your kid's life and help them along their journey they will certainly be successful.

Brazoswood has a variety of resources for students to set their pathway at the local community college. I really appreciated the two free dual credit classes the school covers for every student that applies. One change I would like to see is more guidance given to freshmen when entering high school. The counselors ask you to set all four years halfway through freshman when you barely know what's available to you. Your pathway is extremely important in high school especially if you're interested in medical classes. There should be more in depth guidance given to freshman so they know their options before choosing all of their classes.

The cheer coach is so toxic and do not treat the cheerleaders good at all, as a mother of a high schooler I am disappointed. The pure favoritism of the teachers is very obvious. I have come to hear multiple story’s of bullying, yet, nothing is done by the incompetent teacher. The current cheerleader...

This school has a lot to offer due to its size (variety of classes and extracurricular activities) but what you don't realize is that unless you are one of the very top students (or one of the very bottom) you do not receive the attention that each student deserves. I found this out when attending a...

The teaching staff is like any other highschool in houston. YOu have the amazing teachers, the average teachers, and a few bad ones. The only d...
