It's a very small school where if you transfer such as I did will not fit in at all. The kids here are split 70% to 30% for how they try at school the larger number being people who do not try at all in class and get bad grades. It is not a very welcoming school for new students and the students here are very judgemental and in their own niche and will not accept newcomers very well.

Brodhead is a school for athletics. If you're not skinny, sporty, and relatively basic you won't have a good time here. You'll be labeled as an outsider and will be excluded and singled out.

Brodhead is a small town which in turn creates a small school. I loved the small school feel of it because everyone here is really accepting. There is bullying in almost every school but I am proud to say that the amount of it in Brodhead High School is miniscule. The teachers here care about the students and don't just treat them ias a random student in their class. I have created bonds with some of the staff members at Brodhead that I will always cherish and be grateful for. Brodhead truly is one of a kind.

Excellent. Had two students graduate, doing very well in strong colleges. Wish they had more AP classes but if students need extra challenge the school finds classes and resources. Excellent community. Safe small town.
