Good small school and environment, the teachers are very nice and helpful for the most part but staff switches every school year so don't get too attached ,its an alright academic experience , not too many sports options expect football, basketball and volleyball .Space is also limited because we don't own the whole building or have our own field, people can be cliquey but fairly nice, the school helps us with many things like college application fees , free lunches etc, overall pretty alright

Brooklyn Ascend Charter School was a school that had a very open and accepting place that allowed anyone and did not discriminate. It allowed many talents to go through and even worked with students who they saw had potential. They helped students become college ready and started working with them when they entered the school.

I still think that Brooklyn Ascend is a good school but there is lots of room for improvement. They have/had great teachers but they are not sticking around.
