I like the new assistant principal we have this year. Kids are able to go talk to him without yelling, cussing, or screaming. He listens very well, to me he's like another father figure who wants you to do right and better than him. Changes that need to be made are favoritism, school food, and some of the rules are to extreme.

I like the class size, and the different class options offered to students. The teachers, counselors, and administrators all want the best for you and will help you to the best of their abilities, for the most part.

The school was good. My daughter said that if you want an education, you can get one. Some people say that it is not a good school, but I think that what you put in it is what you get out of it. My daughter got herself involved in cheer, art, art club, Spanish club, track, volleyball, cross country, and Student Council. If you get involved you will get more out it. Because of getting involved she was elected to 3 different honor societies.

They don't really care about students they just focus on sports. They spent tons of money making a new field house instead of making repairs to the middle school which is like falling apart. They act so fake when state officials come to inspect the school. They're constantly having to replace teache...

Spent millions renovating the football stadium instead of hiring new chemisty and math teachers. For 2 years the high school has gone without a real chemistry teacher, and for decades hasn't offered any higher math courses leaving student woefully unprepared. The statistics speak for themselves, as...

Wouldn't hire new math teachers, some students went without a math teacher for almost a year. Funding is spent mostly on football team. They used to have a dress code now the kids are allowed to look indecent. Some of the teachers want to be friends with the students and don't care about the student...

BISD can be a great school, the administration ties the hands of the teacher. Disruption in the classroom is a common pratice and the front office lets this slide. The turn over rate for Math teachers are terriable. Most students dislike math at the High School level and homework is a must to catch...
