Burleson High School is a great school. It is a very diverse please where everyone gets along, with the exception of the usual issues. I one thing that I would like to see change is an improvement in our football team's record but this is underway.

As a student, I have witnessed plenty at BHS. From nine fights on Valentine's Day to schoolwide celebrations for multiple sports that have made it to state competitions, we've risen and fallen in a seemingly neverending pattern over my time here. While I have many great memories in sports and academics, made many new friends, and made bonds I hope are lifelong, there have been unavoidable lows. As much as I love volleyball and hear great things from friends and their sports, I constantly hear about how unfair, biased, and strict our coaches are. And not in the normal 'we want to make you better' way. Half of our teachers teach by handing out packets and videos and telling us to teach ourselves. There's plenty of drama, but honestly, I don't want to go anywhere else, it's still a great (enough) school where I've made many memories.

If you're considering enrolling your child in this school, think twice. While it may seem like an attractive option at first, the reality is that this school cares more about money than its students' well-being. a student accumulates a debt of just $15, the school takes away their lunch. This may se...

Burleson High School has been great for our son the last three years. He will be a Senior this year and we are sad he will be leaving next year. The staff, administration, counselors and teachers have gone above and beyond! You will see many one star reviews because, let’s face it kids really don’t...

I’m actually quite astonished at previous reviews given, because Burleson High School has been nothing short of amazing! As a new student to the district in 2020 he was apprehensive, as were his father and I. His counselor Mrs. Janek went above and beyond, and 2 years later continues to be available...
