When I was here, I went here, to go here, I was forced to be there, I got really good grades, a lot of the teachers were annoying and graded work horribly.

I started Carrboro high in 2021. We had a good principal that was participatory and an excellent communicator with teachers, students and parents. In 2023 our principal changed and the school environment and culture plummeted. It's very unfortunate. The PTSA quit, many teachers left. And it doesn't seem that any of the higher administrators in the district care.

Carrboro is a good school, it has incredible math, science, social studies, language, and art courses that are for everyone. The teachers do genuinely care about students although I believe the administration should be worked on. A lot of admins have some kind of power complex.

Fantastic, caring teachers and staff. Chapel Hill Carrboro City Schools tend to be extremely competitive, and this high school is no exception.
