Rank Bailey out of 10: 2/10 he makes me want to bleed he is inconsiderate he isn't very mindful he doesn't care about the student body he charges 12 dollars for a block but just bought an 8000 dollar golf cart my diploma was the size of an index card Bailey told a student that one of our fellow classmates who was tragically taken from us during our high school years that she was never really a student there anyways so he didn't feel as if he should honor her at graduation he said that she causes so much trouble to our school during her death because he was lazy while doing his own job someone like that shouldn't be in charge of so Many people and get to make so many choices then he turns around and throws the blame somewhere else because he's a coward.

The best part about Capital High School would probably be the teachers. Almost all of them are so friendly and willing to help. Many students feel at easy around them and are willing to share their problems with them. I think the worst part would be certain students being difficult.

Capitol High is a dump! The teachers and the administrators are failing the kids while the collect their pay checks every week. Some of the staff should be tested for drug abuse. The school is depressing and disorganized. It's hard to move from out of state and tolerate inadequate function of a scho...

This school could be relatively decent but there are so many issues people ignore. For instance, teacher absences. A teacher I had this year just took it upon themselves to show up whenever they felt like it. (They missed approximately 15+ days of school. Excluding when they decided to walk out and...

This school and Vice Principal Cruikshank in particular show a complete lack of concern about bullying and have swept issues under the rug. Total disregard for zero tolerance
