From moving to a small town you come to understand the full system Is ran by the good old boys. The concern is coverup and figure out how to get more on the paycheck. There is no real concern for students or parents. Things get brushed under the rug and covered up. It's worrisome. Let DO BETTER FOR OUR KIDS!!! Step it up and a clean house needs to be done.

It's a not very good school with many issues. The admin are bad people and there is too much focus on the sports teams

I enjoy being in Citrus High School, for they have a wide variety of educational promises. This school is also home to the Academy of Computer Sciences, which is a great way for those interested in technology to get a head start on their technological career. This school also promotes for students to find success by any means necessary, which I believe to be a good thing, for everyone has a different definition of success.

My daughter is now a senior at this school. Her entire time here has not been the greatest. She refuses to use the reastrooms at the school because her words "they are not safe". My grand daughter attends CHS this is her first year there. So far it has been a positive experience for her. The teachers seem to take a honest interest in the students. The only thing I do not understand is why the rating is so low it should at least be an 8 if not a 9.
