My experience at CIVA has been extremely interesting. When I first got to CIVA, I thought it would be a really good fit for me. It was an artsy and small school that seemed full of nice people. What I realized was that a lot of harsh treatment and gossip was behind the scenes. When there's problems between students, administration barely does anything to fix them. CIVA puts on sort of a mask to new people that makes you think they will care for your child and have a good mental effect on them, but CIVA has put a mental toll on me for the past four years. I would like to see CIVA live up to the expectations they appear to have.

CIVA is a great small community that welcomes all. CIVA may not have the best sports but their visual and performing arts program is great. I love the smaller classes because it allows you to connect to your peers and teachers much better. All the teachers are extremely friendly and are always willing to help when needed.

VERY tight knit community, every week the whole school does an assembly type thing which is kinda nice. The teachers are very open to changing certain things for students who learn different or experienced sensitivity problems. The students who go here are all losers though. It’s such a small school...
