The teachers are very friendly and make an effort to know you personally. The classes are advanced for the small school size, and the teachers know the subject material very well.

The school offers a wide range of extracurricular activities including volleyball, basketball, football, soccer, baseball, softball, cross country, track, band, choir, show choirs, FBLA, FCCLA, FFA, and trap shooting, to name a few. The school is small enough that students can be involved in multiple activities.
