This school does not do special education to the standards of IDEA or the medical standards entitled to special needs kids and their families. Parents have no rights of they can't be invoked and they can't be invoked here.

As a parent of a child that graduated from Lighthouse and went into the local school district, I am excited about the skills he possessed when he entered school. Lighthouse is a public charter school, they have small class sizes - a 'family' atmosphere, and they use multiple teaching views in order to tap into everyone's ability to learn.
