As a 2023 graduate my experience at daingerfield high school was pretty great. Some of my worst experiences were missing out on my full high school experience because of Covid. My best experiences were qualifying for the hill state track meet with my relay team. Also becoming salutatorian of my class and being cheer captain.

The teachers have fairly good communication skills and teaching styles, but they lack in organization of the classroom. Also, some of the teachers lack in grading consistency.

Everyone tends to get along really well, but our school went from having majority white kids to black kids. However, this shift has not affected me at all.

Avoid this school; it's awful, and the teachers show little concern for students.

0 stars, worst school in East Texas. Teachers gave up teaching awhile ago and could care less about the students. It is a freaking zoo and the keepers are the ones drugged.

DHS has a great atheletics program but thats all people focus on. I am a senior in band of this school and I can honestly say that if it wasn't for our principle the arts would be lost. Our community never cheer our band on nor care about any other art programs. Also If we had more teachers that wou...
