Dalhart High is generally a good school. We are a rural community, therefore, finding top notch teachers proves difficult and education suffers when you have to settle. But there are so many good teachers and most truly love their job and care about their students.

No one cares how you are as long as you are not psychotically screaming about it.

My experience at this school will be a memory I will look back on and cringe. Best memory will be when my classmates showed their true colors and did not want a student to walk because it would change the calling of "graduation" to "commencement." So much for unity.

I would never send my child back to this school. The new principal has no interest in safety for the kids that go there and has no respect for his staff. He allows bullying to happen and himself bullies others. You'd think coming into a district with problems already, new administration would focus...
