I have loved all of the administration all throughout my years at Danbury High School. I appreciate all of the help from my counselor and all teachers and believe they make for a successful district. I have enjoyed creating relationships with them and would fully recommend this school to others. Through the health science program I have had many opportunities to get scholarships and jobs and believe that will help me tremendously in my future.

Danbury High School is a small school. In Danbury everyone knows everyone. Danbury is a safe school.

I like some of my teachers and my friends. I like that my classes have been sort of easy through out high school. I like that it's small so it's easier to get to classes.

Teachers are not helpful and some are downright mean. Treats student like trash. Rules are over the top even for the smallest things. Food is terrible. No quaitly teachers and too many subs.

The lower levels (elementary and particularly middle school) have some good to excellent teachers. Once your child gets to the 9th grade however it might be time to start considering other options. The high school offers very little above the basics and the electives (band and art) are far below par...

Just average and if your student moves to another district with higher education level they may find themselves struggling to keep up. Not much to offer outside of basic academics. High emphasis on sports though. Okay small school atmosphere, friendly environment but not much past that.
