I have loved going to Dawson County High School. They give many opportunities for AP Classes and Dual Enrollment. The counselors make it easier to apply to college and scholarships.

Due growing up and being raised in the town, I had a great overall experience but I I'd hear a lot from new students or faculty that coming after everyone is established is hard. Due to the school being very cliquey and definitely revolves around who your parents know.

I love that Dawson County High school is a true community and family. There has not been a day where I felt alone and had no one to talk to. The teachers and administrators care about us as individuals so I never feel like just another number in the system. I also love that my school provides us as many opportunities as it can. Here are just a few: the opportunity to volunteer, have an internship, and even start my own community service project.

2/10: I disliked it here, coming from my old school they had so much more opportunities. This school's very limited class options for an AP student and Fine Art's section, and if you wanna graduate 2 years early its basically impossible, but you can graduate 5-6 months early as a senior. But I will...
