My kids go to Deerfield Elementary and I can't say enough about the caring environment. Small class sizes help students get the help they need, whether that be extra practice or enrichment. Teachers and staff truly care about each and every student that is in the building.

I have a hard time believing the comments stating that Deerfield is "clichy". We are "outsiders" as well; moving here 8 years ago. I have to agree with the other posts in regards to the town being very clichy. If you didn't grow up here, you do not exist here. My children have attended the elementary school for 3 years now, and even they are still treated as outsiders. It is so strange, I have never experienced anything like it...
