I am a student at Dunnellon who's seen the best and worst. Out of all the things I've seen, I can't stress enough how the faculty takes care of their students and ensures they are mentally well. Dunnellon High also has a WONDERFUL SPORTS TEAM that is full of life and vibrancy. Whoever decides to go to this school will never regret it.

In my freshmen year Covid hit so didn't get a full experience until sophomore year. My overall experience with both online and in person classes was pretty good. A lot of my teachers were always there teaching and emotional wise. The breakfast there was not good but lunches were pretty good for the most part. There were so many different clubs for all types of interest. I was in FFA which was a life changing club for me taught me so much and had the best advisor.

Dunnellon High School was a good school. It wasn't the best but it wasn't the worst. It is very local in terms of population.

This school is an absolute joke. Portables have mold growing in the vents in the AC, the food is ridiculous, nachos taste and look like slop. The teaching is horrible, there are some teachers that are good but some never grade on time and don’t even care to teach correctly.

I am a student at this school and if you want you kids to get home or get to school on time take them yourself because the bus are super slow and you child will be late this school is unfair and teacher are bad some of them at least and the bus system suck the app is bad and they don’t see hour to g...

The school is old and rundown, the buildings smell like old moldy curtains. Half the school is portabals that have AC issues and floors that are slowly opening. The school does have some redeeming factors. They have a drone certification program they have the power generation academy they also host...

Definitely not a school for children that are academically advanced, works better for you if your strength is athletics, otherwise you're being held back here.
