My experience at Eastern was average. The high school is very small compared to other schools in the district. It was nice though because everyone knew each other and would always give a friendly smile through the halls going to class. The teachers made sure that all the students understood the material and if one student didn't understand then the whole class would review over it until everyone knew it.

Eastern High School is a small school in a rural county. Even though our size is small, our teachers and faculty do everything they can to make sure our experience matches that of a high school student from a larger school. One thing that I would like to see change is help for the seniors. The seniors need a lot more help with things such as applying to college, applying for financial aid, and they most definitely need to know their GPA and ranking for the scholarships they are applying for.

There's not a very wide range of activities students can participate in, nor do they offer any other places where you can find the aforementioned teams/ affiliates. It's disappointing, really. Otherwise, the fan support is large for the main sport; football, most other school sports gain very small crowds
