It felt lacking. Computers were always slow, teachers are underpaid and the food was never the best. There was always a fight to be broken out or a teacher that was not actually teaching. It just felt like a place holder and not school. I believe with better funding it could flourish, but without the proper funding it is not the best place to receive your high school diploma.

My experience at Canutillo High school have been shaky at first, but gradually I've seen so much growth in my self now that I'm a junior and entering my senior year. I've met many friends and got the chance to be part of clubs,. While communication amongst clubs, parents, and students is not the strongest, I would like to see more improvement on that issue

Overall, I would say it's a pretty good district and school to be in. After all, the slogan was "The best small district in Texas!" I fell in love with the community, and I am happy I am an alumni from Canutillo High School.

Couldn’t ask for a better High School. Facility is new, huge, and amazing. Horrible, the teachers seem to focus more on the students who do not try at all, and leave the ones who actually want to be there.
