For as long as I can remember I have been an Elkin City Schools student. I have never had a bad experience at Elkin or have had a reason to give up in a school system like Elkin. They focus on not only education. but students' well-being as well. I will forever appreciate Elkin City School's school system.

I love it!! The teachers go above and beyond to help if and when needed. When I moved there I was worried, about how the students and teachers would be, but I've never felt so at home with a school. And the office secretary is always there if I have a question or need to help guide me.

Advantages of a small school (safety, teachers and administrators know the students), as well as the advantages of a city school district (as opposed to being part of county district) (has its own school board and superintendant)
