McDowell is such a great school. Everyone works together and most importantly it's a zone free bully school. I love McDowell and I had such an amazing time spent there. I would highly recommend students to go to McDowell.

Overall, I've had a great experience at Mcdowell High School. Most of the teachers I've had, besides the few outliers, are great and you can tell they care about you. The athletic department is wonderful and the music department is awesome. It really is a great school to attend.

My favorite parts of McDowell is the club I'm in, playing sports I love, and being around sports all year round with wonderful people helping out and being there for you and making so many new friendships along the way.

Rude teachers, constant racism, constant bullying, Teachers barely make you want to engage because all they do is yell. Teachers are more worried about your cell phone over your safety.

Honestly, find another school for your student for their education is highly recommended of me based on my past experiences from 90s to today.
