I really liked attending Central Junior High school. It was always held to a better standard (in my opinion) than other schools in HEB ISD. There are great opportunities that come from taking exclusive, higher level courses at Central. Overall, my education at Central Jr. High pushed me to become a better student.

I like to the variety of programs they offer such as physics for 9th graders and being the only junior high with an orchestra. I also enjoy being a part of the Mandarin Chinese class from the world languages they offer.

Many people do not like pep rallies, and we are forced to attend. I, personally, have never gone to a game in the two years I have been here. I cannot comment any further because I don't use the facilities nor am I in a physical education.

Do not go here if you value your mental health. The teachers and administrators only care about the school's reputation, not the students. The assistant principal has no concept of what teenagers are like, the kids are awful to be around, and there's a cockroach problem. They also have police office...
