I took a large variety of classes during the years I went to this school. Most of my teachers were great to me and were very helpful in guiding me on any assignments I had any issues with or made any mistakes on. Some teachers assigned busy work just so students who finished assignments early wouldn't be doing nothing or other class work. The administration was pretty similar to the administration I have had at most any other school; they were okay. I met many friends there and had some fun times in classes with interesting assignments.

There's a lot of interesting classes and fun activities at Lawrence and it always has things happening that you can participate in. Some of the staff members are fantastic and some are not, but most of them are good people. School lunch stinks, but you can microwave things that you take to school.

Lawrence High School offers a great academic experience to MSAD 49 residents. Teachers and administration are great and always supportive, however there could be a wider variety of academics offered.

They worry about phones which is a positive but that is the only thing that the principles care about and ignore the other BI...

After several attempts to view the curriculum from K-12 communicating directly to the staff, administration, school board and the Department of Education Office in Augusta, one year later a curriculum was provided by the Superintendent for our review. The curriculum provided was incomplete and out d...

Being a Senior at LHS in a few weeks, I strongly feel that there is a bullying problem, some of the teachers do not care, and if I had to say anything good, it would be that the food is WAY BETTER than the food served at Benton Elementary School.
