GreatSchools Rating
The GreatSchools Rating helps parents compare schools within a state based on a variety of school quality indicators and provides a helpful picture of how effectively each school serves all of its students. Ratings are on a scale of 1 (below average) to 10 (above average) and can include test scores, college readiness, academic progress, advanced courses, equity, discipline and attendance data. We also advise parents to visit schools, consider other information on school performance and programs, and consider family needs as part of the school selection process.

My school experience at Flippin high school has been challenging. I find it hard to like some of the way teachers teach here. I learn just as much as everyone else, but there is a lot of favoritism. I love how it's such a small school, I feel like I get more help with things one on one. I really like the programs they have here, they're very usuful and educational to our school. My favorite is CNA, and SADD.I'm not friends with most of the kids in my school because they're kind of rude. I think 8/10 teachers are really helpful and make me enjoy learning from them. Overall though, I wouldn't want to be at any other school around here.

I have seen many things at Flippin. All the teachers are very supportive and Flippin is big on athletics. I love how Flippin wants to have as many activities as possible to make everyone's high school years the best they can be. Teachers are always willing to help anyone who needs it, no matter inside or outside the school.

It's not the best school, but it's got a decent academic program attached to it. It could be much worse than it is.
