Florence High schools environment is not the best, there is little to no school spirit. The sports programs are very average, but there is a lot of participation in sports. The teachers connect and care about their students.

The teachers are nice. The school could stand to make sure there is always soap and paper towels in the restrooms. The academics have made me feel very prepared for college. The high school is connected to the local university means students can take college level courses ad well.

I had a somewhat positive experience at Florence High School. I found that many of the teachers were unmotivated and unorganized. There is also a lack of organization and motivation among the students due to this. I feel that if this high school will find its spark that this will be a great school. This school is filled with wonderful opportunities ready for anyone to take and I am very grateful for all it has helped me accomplish.
