I have a 16 y.o. daughter that goes to Siuslaw. The Condition of the School is Fair. It has a fantastic support system for my daughters IEP. Some really engaged teachers. We need more funding for valued electives for the purpose of Trades focused youth, for their future. It has NO actual Kitchen on site to offer adequate meals .I think this is a serious design flaw and is missing .

The school has a very strong culture and relatively high involvement rate. Overall my experience has been enjoyable.

I like how the staff at Siusalw High school care about guiding their students along to be better people; they care about your grades, but they also keep in mind that you are a person too and that you might have consistent trouble understanding the material being taught. They do not give up on you, however, instead they urge you to try harder and try to explain the material in a different way that might make it clearer to you.

Has a big issue with bullying and harassment still. I don't recommend going here.

I would rate my school experience a 4/10 I've been struggling with this school for about three years now. The principal Mrs Tatum has an issue with picking favorites. She is constantly changing things to make school more difficult then what is has to be.

Solid education. Great athletic department. School does need updated. Great community members get involved with school regularly. Growing population in area, lots of opportunities for students.
