Gaithersburg High School is a great school, I feel safe there, students have the ability to get involved and join many clubs as much as they want, and students can express themselves freely. There is always a place or someone to talk to or ask any questions. There are many resources to help at any moment.

While the people are some the best you'll ever meet, there seemed to be a large lack of extracurricular opportunities and there wasn't very many events held to bolster student involvement on campus.

This school has the bad reputation it deserves. The students are able to flood the bathrooms all day, and there are no consequences for skipping. Your child is just a head there. If your child experiences problems, they will gladly tell you, “There’s nothing we can do.” On PSAT testing days, student...
