The staff are very supportive and helpful for the most part. There are a few wonderful teachers that are always there and willing to help with recommendation letters and whatever we need. The sports coaches could use a little improvement. They tend to have their favorites and play those all the time without switching out players or giving everyone equal/fair playing time. Overall, my experience has been really good at GHS.

I love my school. The teachers are wonderful and we have a great group of students. I fell very safe at my school.

I really like the diversity at this school. The teachers are there if you need them. If i need somebody to talk to, then I am able to comfortably approach a teacher.

Galax is not a great school. Most of the students do not behave at all and are mean to the teachers and the teachers won't do anything about it. Many of the teachers will tell you what to study for a test or quiz and the quiz will be completely different than what they gave you to study. Some teache...
