I enjoyed my time at Gilmer County High School. The teachers, students, and community were very welcoming to me and I will always appreciate that. However, it does get old very fast. It is very repetitive and teachers can get on your nerves.

I liked being with my friends and some of the staff that didn't have favorites. Unfairness and bullying. Honestly don't like high school to much drama and students acting like children.

GCHS was a pretty mediocre school. The teachers really care about students, but the students are often rude to each other. There aren't many elective classes, and all the principle cares about is athletics. The counselors are also bad at working with students on schedules.
