Lots of groups, so kids can 'find their place.' Social workers are part of the lunch supervision teams, so they can identify issues brewing and are also accessible to kids who need them.

Great amount and variety of extracurriculars for a middle school. Most activities are accessible to all kids, with auditions/try outs only for a very few sports teams and the school play.

This is just based on the first day at a new school experience.We pre-registered, and paid our fees/dues, submitted vaccination records, all by the week prior to the first day of school. The curriculum is solid and preparation for High School as well. My student learned strong presentation skills and use of technology and is well prepared for HS. Most teachers are great to strong. Horrible school. Many kids are doing drugs and drinking, and when caught there is no punishment. The school states they will get police involved if there are students drinking or doing drugs but the police were nowhere to be found. Teachers are hypocritical, too much homework.
