Eatern wayne high id s pretty cool with a welcoming atmosphere. The students are friendly, easy to get along with, and help create the best environment to support you, whether it's with school work or just making sure you understand things better. They care about helping students improve and succeed. Overall, it's a solid place to learn graw and be around good people who want to see you do well.

Eastern Wayne High School is mid. Teachers try but never seem to really care but a few. But the coaches honestly really care for the players.

My overall experience with EWHS has been alright. It's a pretty average school. But there are things they could use their money on to improve than the sports department. As in fixing up the school bathrooms in the main building and adding a girls bathroom in the automotive building. EWHS isn't an efficient school that gets the job done when tasked. The band teacher left my freshman year and now I'm a senior and they finally got a new band teacher. Not having a band teacher forced the kids to be in independent band group. Also their college readiness could be boosted as well as bringing in more AP classes. And I don't think allowing students to be in 2 clubs a year is right.

It’s a school that is struggling to cope with a surrounding community in apparent decline and a commensurate student population accompanying that. Suspends students for no reason , horrible Staff, and administration , highest pregnancy rate in Goldsboro also horrible students, bad attitude and behavior.

No books and my daughter need tutoring. Too many kids trying to get tutored and they are loud. Also not enough tutors.
