The Kerby Elementary School provides kindergartners through fourth graders with a public school education as part of the Grosse Pointe Public Schools system in the city of Grosse Pointe Farms. Working with parents and the PTO organization, Kerby Elementary stays vibrantly engaged with the community, inviting students to Movie Nights, Haunted house tours on Halloween, and the Kerby Fun Run in the fall. Comradery and friendships are built through student spirit week and extracurricular activities like joining "Destination Imagination," a club dedicated to STEAM-based competition and problem solving.
Kerby Elementary maintains a proud tradition of team building and parent involvement that prepares its students for fulfilling and successful future middle school careers.
