My experience at Southeast Halifax high school wasn't the best but I made so many things memorable and always found a way to make a negative a positive. I'll never forget things such as my senior year and the different events such as prom, senior breakfast, senior week, etc.

The extracurricular opportunities at this school is mostly required. We are required to join at least 2 clubs per semester, and there are several out of school organizations that could help. Most of the organizations are run by teachers, because students are not allowed to start their own club. People at this school either stays for sports, or for a special event.

There aren't a full range of sports activities that I am particularly interested in such as soccer or swimming. However, it does capture several peers of mine as the main sports are baseball,basketball, and football. The equipments are in poor quality or used in multiple sports, because of lack of funds.
