West side has been fun with my friends, but when it comes to the academics it's not so good. There are not many clubs, Ap classes, and not enough teachers. Also it's hard to transition from high to school to college. I believe they do not prepare us enough for college.

The lack culture and diversity left many students of color feeling disrespected at westside, however the academics and extracurriculars were very good.

The teachers are really nice. They help you with your homework, if you don't understand. And if you are a senior and you are behind on a lot of things they will help you out, they won't let you fail or fall behind. The school cafeteria food is alright. I feel like I'm actually at school and I'm learning in class.
