When I started at hemingford elementary, the staff was willing to help and wanted to be with us. As the years went on, I went into high school, old staff left and new came in, us kids were just thrown homework at with no explanation of how it works. It seemed as if the teachers did not want to be at school so it made us kids not want to be at school. We have a new admin now that seems like they are excited and want a change.

For the most part it's an average school with some issues involving teachers and administration being one sided and only caring about a few issues and students.

Hemingford High School is a very good school. The academic requirements are harder but easy to achieve if you try. The school has lots of people that are there to help with hard times and those that create memories with you.
