Northern Vance is in a county where the it's Northern Vance High and Southern Vance High . These schools weren't always rivals though they used to be one school before they split in 1991-1992 every since then the schools have had some success in academics and athletics but not like it used to . Now the school system is at the worst it's ever been between the two so in the next two years the community is looking to put the schools back together to hopefully revamp the community and the schools Athletics and Academics . I know I'm graduating this year but I surely do hope they do it

Northern Vance HS was a wonderful High School to attend. I enjoyed the sports, clubs and activities that were involved with the school. I wish to see the structure of the facility change due to a fairness of something new to the students there. Overall, a great facility.

Northern Vance has an okay amount of extracurricular activities to participate in. This school has things like National Honor Society, National Technical Honor Society, and Key club, to name a few, but the measures taken to maintain and fulfill the duties of these clubs are not up to par.
