Del E. Webb Middle School serves students from grades 6-8 in the Anthem community. It was ranked #8 among Nevada middle schools and #1 in the Clark County School District by U.S. News. Test scores revealed that 74 percent of students at Del E. Webb read at or above the proficient level.
The school offers a diverse range of activities, including archery, chess, art, and anime clubs. There are flag football teams for both boys and girls, and a dance team that performs at festivals and other events around town. The Wranglers excel in basketball, with the boys’ team securing five district championships or runner-up spots over the past 10 years. While the girls’ team became undefeated conference champions in 2020.
Del E. Webb equips students with laptop computers to ensure sufficient technical capabilities and access to innovative software. This is one of the newer public middle schools in southern Nevada, having opened its doors in August 2005. Students enjoy the modern amenities and resources.
