I have attended Herrin schools my entire life. Several students can be heard complaining, but without reason. The school always tries to do the best they can with the tasks handed to them and involve families in any way they can. I love all of my teachers and believe they actually care for me and my peers.

I have enjoyed my time at Herrin High School. It's a small town high school with some great staff, classes, administration, and school spirit.

The best experiences at Herrin High School was the ability to connect to certain teachers and feel like the classroom is more of a learning environment rather than a room with four white brick walls where you have to sit still and remain silent. The worst experiences was the teachers that did make it feel that way. Overall, Herrin High School was a 50/50 experience that really just depends on the people you surround yourself with.
