Administration is inept/corrupt. Need a whole new upper leadership revamp. Maybe life would be better after that happens. A lot of staff/houseparents left due to administration. This isn't the same place it used to be

Personally I think that there are some faults to the school that they should definitely work on. But the opportunities that I had were amazing. I received my CNA and I am able to work right out of high school on a good job. Definitely take advantage of this schools opportunities.

There’s a lot to unpack here. Administration Home life doesn’t care anymore. Overworked. Not appreciated. It’s not what it seems at all. President needs to retire immediately. Very controlling. Kids are the ones who are suffering when the houseparents and staff keep leaving in droves.

Start researching the reviews online. Houseparents play a huge pivotal role in the lives of the kids but they’ve been leaving in huge numbers. They’re not treated with respect. Administration dictates more responsibilities every day.
