Absolutely in need of an overhaul of leadership. Big egos because of big money who dictate to staff who are actually making a difference in the kids lives and the kids notice what's been happening. They suffer the most from the swarms of those who have left.

The best part of this school is the scholarship that the students receive when we graduate. Something that I don't like is the loss of freedom in middle school.

I like how there are so many Resources provided and also just the engagement and involvement the staff have on every single kid

There’s a lot to unpack here. Administration Home life doesn’t care anymore. Overworked. Not appreciated. It’s not what it seems at all. President needs to retire immediately. Very controlling. Kids are the ones who are suffering when the houseparents and staff keep leaving in droves.

Start researching the reviews online. Houseparents play a huge pivotal role in the lives of the kids but they’ve been leaving in huge numbers. They’re not treated with respect. Administration dictates more responsibilities every day.

A life changing institution where amazing opportunities are afforded to children who otherwise would have missed out.
