I love my school. There are a few bad apples, as in any school, but it's really a great place to be. I would say it's one of the better schools in the area.

My experience with Honaker High School has been good, but it does have room for improvement. There is next to no diversity, and it isn't a very accepting school for LGBTQ students. Its academics are good but don't prepare you well for college. However, because it is a small school, we are all family here, and you will feel supported.

I think that Honaker needs more opportunities academic wise. There is only one foreign language offered, and there are a mere two Dual Enrollment opportunities.
