I transferred into Honesdale for my junior year and it was an enjoyable experience. There were basic sports opportunities and plentiful arts and music programs. The school is not competitive with other schools in terms of education or quality, but it is a good school nonetheless.

The best parts of Honesdale High School was the small class sizes, the strong teacher to student relationships, and the knowledgable STEM teachers. The worst part was the lack of diversity and representation.

Overall my high school feels very safe. Although we may not be the most school spirited we do have a lot of opportunities. We have a lot of clubs and extracurricular like robotics, bass fishing club, and most sports. Our academics are very good, we have several AP courses and a lot of dual enrollment classes.
