The faculty ten to put the students voices aside. Which I didn't like as this was my last year of High school.

There needs to be a like a meshing of the vpa program and the comprehensive programs. Many clubs and after school events occur during VPA fifth period, which excludes VPA students from participating. And also many after school events are scheduled at the same time as VPA performances and showcases.

My experience was the best it could be. Northwestern has some good and bad staff but overall resources and college readiness is not at the best it could be. Northwestern could be a great school if it wasn't underfunded. I would like to see that change for Northwestern is known for the Arts and its slowly vanishing due to being underfunded and staffed.

The school is ran terribly. Theres fights everyday with students skipping and roaming the hallways everyday. There's students here who are talented but aren't able to demonstrate it in this school. I would recommend this school for the Visual and Performing Arts Program. The teachers care about the students and work very hard to create a professional arts experience for them. The top students from this program are attending and graduating from top school in the country with good scholarships....

The school is badly run, from the top down. The principal sets the tone with an authoritarian culture. Systemic problems are not addressed.
