Overall, I really like Idalou High School. It is a school that prioritizes safety and is able to provide mental health services to students struggling with mental health. However, the school is pretty greedy with money.

I began my learning experience at Idalou Elementary whenever I was in first grade and am now a senior in Idalou High School. My mom teaches Kindergarden in the Elementary School and my sister is in Middle School. I play football and have been a part of varsity football ever since I was a freshmen. My senior year we beat Friona in Bi-District round of football. Then Crane in the Area round of the playoffs. However our playoff run ended whenever we lost to Wall in the Regional round of the playoffs. I earned awards for 1st Team All-District Linebacker and Honorable Mention All-State Academic.

I like the small community and personal relationships built. I would like see more diversity and support to all programs. Sports are very prioritized but not all of them. I would like to see support spread to not only the other sports but other clubs as well.

Love love love the school in Idalou. Teachers are always willing to help a student to thrive. I always feel i can have good conversations with my child's teachers. Great principals at every campus as well.

Idalou High School. There needs to be a restructuring of teachers they need to be available and willing to help students when the students ask for help the teachers need to help instead of turning them away especially in the Pre-Calculus class.
