This school is a good place for gifted students, but I would discourage a family that has a child with a learning disability from living within the attendance area of BES.

Exceptional. Whenever I have had questions or concerns, I was able to speak with either the teacher or an administrator. They are open to hearing feedback and really appreciate the support of parents. My child had a wonderful experience there.

Ballentine is an adequate school for children without an IEP. Study guide after study guide are sent home in the upper grades, so what exactly are the teachers doing? When did teaching become study guides?
