The best part of my highschool experience is how connected I was with everyone and how easily I made friends. For some people highschool was the worst years of their life, but for me it was the best. All the teachers were so kind and helpful and everyone was willing to help not only academically but also emotionally. I do not think the Highschool needs any change.

My experience with Estill County High School was overall a very good experience. All staff members are very caring towards students and I feel they did a good job preparing me for college.

The reason for the low rating is because some of the staff is incredibly rude, but the reason this rating isn't a 2 or a 1 is because of those few good teachers like zach barnett, kristen wilson, caleb click, jill barnett, and drew barnett that make it bearable. overall the school was not cleaned as well as it could have been. The food was mediocre except the chicken noodle soup, the grilled cheeses, the boscos, and the calzones... those are great. It really isn't a bad school and I'm blessed to have attended it.
